got mobility access room with the bath as well as a great breakfast as expected. location: the hotel was close enough to mall and rodeway inn and the center of town.

Staff were friendly, but I was charged for my dog at check-out incorrectly.

The location is excellent, 1 mile from Northland Arboretum. Moreover, it is just next door to restaurants and hockey rink and supermarket. Everything is good, the room is good-sized and brand-new with the bath as well as a great breakfast. The rate is US$ 109, satisfied.

Didn't like anything, except broken shower.

Upon arrival, the room temperature hit a stifling 81 degrees. The shower faucet wobbled annoyingly, and I had to tighten it myself. The continental breakfast had limited options. Coffee wasn't hot, and juice remained locked until opening. For the price, I expected a little more from the overall amenities.

Check-in was easy, and I found the room clean. The king suite offered decent space, compared to what I expected. Free Wi-Fi worked well without any interruptions, great for my stay. Breakfast included options like scrambled eggs and bacon, but it could use more variety and more frequent refills. The location was perfect for my trip to Brainerd, with local dining options within a short drive. The shower pressure was disappointingly weak, and the shower faucet felt loose, needing attention. What really stood out was the staff's kindness . They genuinely worked to ensure I had what I needed. Unfortunately, I faced confusion during checkout over pet fees, which left a sour note after an otherwise pleasant stay.

A misunderstanding during check-out regarding pet charges left a slightly sour note.

The hotel is ideally situated for a fun family getaway, just minutes from Whipple Beach, which has a playground perfect for kids. We also enjoyed the convenient location near local dining options.

My wife says that the cleaning standards could be improved, especially for families with children.

The staff were welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere during a brief stay. The location was very convenient for local dining, but the outdated decor and lingering odors in the room made it less enjoyable than anticipated.

Amazing place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a tv. The staff helped me return my shower bag during my first stay. I'm coming back for Easter!
